‘I don’t think they will make any change’: Zaheer Khan

Zaheer Khan, a former India pacer, does not believe the Indian team would alter for the second T20 International. In the first T20I, the majority of the players gave their best effort. Zaheer does not believe that captain Rohit Sharma will change the starting XI even though elite players like Kohli, Pant, Bumrah, Jadeja, etc. are returning.

“It is challenging to sit down and predict the selecting process they would use. You have witnessed India win the opening game of the series before remaining unchanged for the remainder of the series. They will not change, in my opinion. We must wait and see if any changes, if any, will be made,” Zaheer Khan said on Cricbuzz.

India defeated England by 50 runs in the first T20 international at Southampton’s Rose Bowl. Hardik Pandya was named Player of the Match. He scored 51 runs off 33 balls and took four wickets.
