Former India opening batsman Aakash Chopra thinks Hardik Pandya is the most valuable T20 cricketer in India right now.

Hardik Pandya is presently undergoing a purple patch in his cricket career. Since the IPL 2022, he has successfully given remarkable performances, whether with the bat, the ball, or through his leadership.

Notably, Hardik was careful with his bowling intentions even when playing for India due to back pain difficulties and did not bowl for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL in 2021 or 2020. The Baroda all-rounder, though, needed time to heal from his injury problems after the T20 World Cup.

Hardik came back just in time for the IPL 2022 season, despite issues being raised about his absence. In his maiden season as captain of an IPL side, Hardik guided Gujarat Titans to the championship, making a ton of runs with the bat for the young squad. Before being awarded the captaincy during a T20I match against South Africa, Hardik successfully carried the form into international cricket.

Aakash Chopra, a former India opener, is quite delighted with Pandya and considers him to be the country’s top T20 player right now.

“He is emerging as India’s most valued T20 player, “On his own YouTube account, Aakash Chopra stated.

“No one else compares to him. You can challenge him against anyone if he is fully fit. He is the top T20 player for India. By scoring fifty runs and then taking four wickets, he has demonstrated this.”

When India takes on England in the second T20I, they will be favoured to win the series. With Hardik Pandya in excellent form with both bat and ball, India will be looking to extend their unbeaten run in the shortest format and secure a famous victory.
