SS Rajamouli’s RRR starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan was one of the superhit ventures of 2022. It has been three months since RRR was released and the film has now caught the attention of many Hollywood celebrities. Actor-writer Christopher Miller, Disney and Marvel illustrator Alice X Zhang, film and TV writer Amy Paulette Hartman, among others, watched RRR in theatres and on Netflix and raved about it on social media.

SS Rajamouli’s RRR hit the theatres on March 25 in multiple languages. The film impressed everyone and set the box office on fire.

Actor, producer and writer Christopher Miller took to Twitter and wrote, “RRR is over-the-top ridiculous insanity and it is AMAZING. It’s like Michael Bay and Baz Luhrmann and Stephen Chow teamed up to make a movie. It was 3 hours long but it could have been 4 hours and I would’ve still enjoyed it (sic).”

Marvel and Disney illustrator Alice X Zhang wrote, “So I thought there was no way this year, like absolutely no chance in hell, that there could possibly be a movie more batshit insane than Everything Everywhere All At Once and then I watched this. RRR is an Indian film currently widely available on Netflix (dubbed Hindi from the original Telugu) and it was THE most wild shit I’ve seen in years PLEASE TRUST ME AND WATCH IT ASAP #RRRMovie #RRROnNetflix (sic).”

RRR is a fictional story based on the lives of two Telugu freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. Ram Charan and Jr NTR played the roles, respectively. The film was made on a mammoth budget of Rs 450 crore by DVV Danayya. Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris and Alison Doody played crucial roles in the film.
